• 2009 Exhibitors have first right of refusal on booth space until February 16, 2010. The floor opens up to everyone after that date.
• All bookings are assigned on a first-come basis.
• Booth space is leased out in 10' x 15' blocks - each block is $645; additional booths are $495. There is also a non-profit rate in 2010.
• Bulk space discounts for areas in excess of 1,200 sq. ft.
• A 50% deposit is due when reserving space.
